"What I have found useful to stay communicated with the athletes: I am using a free app called timetap that allows athletes to set meetings with me. I set the time I will be available and they can choose the most convenient scheduled that is not already busy.This has given me time to work while also time to talk to them via skype or google hangouts. The other thing is we organized teams of 2-4 people that do a set of 4 exercises that I plan daily :stretch or strength. They need to make a picture together and send it. Everyone does the exercise alone at home and the picture gets set in a collage. This way we are keeping connected, moving and having some fun."
